GROWTH PLAYBOOKS

The same systems we use with retainer clients. Self-paced. From $27.

Premium eCommerce strategy without the premium eCommerce budget.

Each Growth Playbook tackles one specific gap in your marketing system – the kind of gap that quietly costs you sales every month it goes unfixed. They’re built on the same frameworks our agency clients pay thousands of dollars to have implemented, translated into self-paced playbooks you can work through in a weekend and put into action on Monday.

Built for the founder who refuses to wait.

Most marketing courses are written for the bottom of the market. Generic frameworks, recycled tactics, advice designed for any brand selling anything online. None of which is built for premium brands with discerning customers and margins that actually need to be defended.

Our Growth Playbooks are different. Each one is pulled directly from the systems our agency clients pay us to implement – the same audits, the same frameworks, the same templates we use with brands doing $50K, $100K, $250K a month. Built around premium buyer psychology, not generic eCommerce best practices.

They exist for the founder who knows there’s strategic work to do and doesn’t want to wait until she’s ready to hire a strategist. Who’d rather get her hands dirty over a weekend than have someone explain it for three months. Who wants the actual playbook, not a watered-down version of it.

What makes a Growth Playbook different from a course.

TACTICAL, NOT THEORETICAL

Every playbook ends with you having implemented something real on your store – not having watched 17 modules and feeling vaguely better informed.

PREMIUM BRAND SPECIFIC

Written for brands whose customers buy on identity and values, not price and discounts. The frameworks reflect that throughout.

GENUINELY SELF-CONTAINED

You’re not buying chapter one of a sales funnel. Each playbook is a complete, standalone system that solves the specific gap it names. Use it once, keep it forever.

BUILD FROM REAL CLIENT WORK

Every framework has been pressure-tested across dozens of premium brands. Nothing in any of these playbooks is theoretical.

Choose your starting point.

Each playbook fixes a specific gap. Start with the one that matches what’s broken right now – or work through them in order if you’re building from the ground up.

customer-intelligence-survey_landscape

The customer intelligence survey

For the founder borrowing other brands’ marketing.

Most founders write their ads based on what they think their customer cares about. Most are wrong – not by a lot, but by enough to matter. The hooks fall slightly flat. The objections aren’t quite the real ones. The aspiration is borrowed from category competitors rather than drawn from their own customers’ actual lives.

This playbook gives you the survey we use with retainer clients to extract the real language of their customers – the exact words they reach for to describe their values, their hesitations, their desired outcome.

You’ll walk away with the raw material to rewrite your ads, your product pages, your email sequences, and your content strategy from the ground up. Working from documented reality instead of educated guesses.

search-everywhere-optimisation_landscape

Search everywhere optimisation

For the founder whose discovery has flatlined.

Google isn’t where premium customers find brands anymore. They’re searching on TikTok. Asking ChatGPT. Looking on Pinterest. Scrolling Reddit. And if your brand isn’t showing up in any of those places, you’re invisible to the audience you want most.

This playbook is the framework we use to build organic discovery across the entire search ecosystem – Google, AI platforms, social search, and content.

It’s the system that warms up your paid traffic, builds trust before the ad hits, and creates the kind of brand presence that compounds over months and years rather than disappearing the moment you switch off the budget.

high-converting-product-pages_landscape

High-converting product page design

For the founder watching traffic land and leave.

You’re paying for the traffic. The traffic is arriving. The sales aren’t there. Most founders blame the ads – the real culprit is almost always the page the ad sends people to.

This playbook walks you through the framework we use to rebuild product pages for premium eCommerce brands. The trust signals, the FAQ structure, the benefit hierarchy, the social proof placement – all the moving parts that turn a browser into a buyer.

By the end of it, you’ll have rebuilt your highest-traffic product pages around what a sceptical first-time visitor actually needs to see and feel before they’ll commit.

collection-page-conversion-kit_landscape

Collection page conversion kit

For the founder leaking sales between product pages and the cart.

Collection pages are the most overlooked conversion surface on a Shopify store. They’re where most of your traffic lands first. They’re where your customer makes the actual decision about which product is right for them. And on most premium brands’ stores, they’re a row of tiles and nothing else – no filtering, no sorting, no hierarchy, no reason for the buyer to stay and look properly.

This kit walks you through the collection page framework we use with retainer clients – the layout, the merchandising logic, the filtering structure, the trust elements that turn a passive browse into an active comparison.

By the end, you’ll have collection pages that do real conversion work instead of just hosting your products.

Buy it. Open it. Use it.

Each Growth Playbook is delivered instantly. You’ll get access to the full video walkthrough, all the templates and frameworks, and the working files you need to implement everything on your own store. Watch on your laptop, your phone, wherever suits. There’s no drip-feed, no waiting for the next module to unlock, no bloated platform to navigate.

You own the playbook for life. Implement it once, refer back to it whenever you need it, and use the frameworks for as many product pages, collection pages, or campaigns as you ever launch.

Who these are for.

You’re in the right place if you’re an eCommerce founder, and:

✓ You’re running a premium brand – or building toward one – and you refuse to compete on discounts.

✓ You’d rather implement something yourself this weekend than wait three months to hire someone else to do it.

✓ You’ve been burned by generic marketing courses and you’re looking for frameworks built specifically for premium eCommerce.

✓ You want the actual systems our retainer clients pay thousands for, translated into something you can work through and apply.

Who these aren't for.

Brands that compete on price. The frameworks in these playbooks assume your brand is worth paying full price for. If your business model is built on discounts and volume, you’ll get more value from a different kind of resource.

Founders who want strategic direction, not a playbook. If what you actually need is someone owning the strategic thinking across your business, you’re better off booking a growth strategy session and exploring a strategist engagement instead. Playbooks are for founders who want to do the work themselves.

Anyone hoping for a quick win without doing the work. These playbooks deliver real frameworks and real templates – but you have to actually implement them. If you buy the playbook and never open it, the playbook can’t help you.

This is where many of our best clients started.

Most of the brands we now work with on retainer started with one of these playbooks.

There’s a natural pathway through our work, and it usually starts here. A founder buys a playbook. Implements it. Sees a result. Realises there’s more strategic work to do than they can fit into a weekend, and that the gap they’ve now uncovered is bigger than another playbook can fix.

That’s when they book a growth strategy session, and the conversation moves into whether a dedicated strategist is the right next step.

You don’t have to think about any of that yet. Right now, just pick the playbook that fixes what’s broken on your store today. The rest can come when you’re ready.

What founders say.

“From the moment I joined Productpreneur, Cath and her amazing team completely changed the game for me. After implementing their advice and strategy, the results were incredible. I saw growth and sales that far exceeded anything I’d experienced before. It was empowering to see that kind of success and know it came from a well-executed plan. This has been one of the best investments I’ve made in my business. Thanks so much, Productpreneur Marketing!”

“From the first meeting I felt that Cath and her team understood me and her support has felt incredibly personal and specific to me and my business. This has never felt like an off-the-shelf, rinse-and-repeat service, rather I have felt the team have been an extension of my business, in it together and invested in our success. I recouped my investment in revenue growth within days of us teaming up, and it’s still growing today. I highly recommend Productpreneur to any brand that is looking to grow. I am very grateful for all that they have done for us.”

“Working with Cath and the Productpreneur team has been invaluable. The work we’ve done together has been the essential tool that helped me to scale Outback Linen Co by 100% in only 6 months, from $40k months to over $100k months! This past year has been wild to say the least! I can whole heartily say Outback Linen Co wouldn’t have achieved its current status without the invaluable support and expertise provided by Cath and the team. I 100% would recommend Productpreneur to brands looking to scale.”

Pick the gap. Fix the gap.

You don’t need another marketing course. You need a system that fixes the specific thing that’s broken on your store right now – the page that isn’t converting, the discovery channel that isn’t working, the customer intelligence you’ve been guessing at, the collection page that’s leaking sales.

That’s what each playbook is for.

P.S. Not sure which one to start with? The most common entry point is Product Page Design – conversion problems cost the most, the fastest.

Customer Intelligence is the right starting point if you’re rebuilding your messaging from the ground up.

Search Everywhere is the move if your real problem is that nobody new is finding your brand.

Collection Pages is the one to add when the basics are sorted and you’re optimising every layer of the store.

Common questions.

How long does each playbook take to implement?

Most founders complete the core work of each playbook in a focused weekend. Some take a few weeks to fully roll out across their entire store – particularly if you’re rebuilding lots of product or collection pages. The playbooks are yours for life, so there’s no pressure to rush.

No. Each playbook is self-contained and solves a specific gap. Start with whichever fixes the problem you’re actively dealing with. If you’re not sure where to start, the most common entry point is Product Page Design, because conversion gaps cost the most money the fastest.

Because Growth Playbooks are digital products with immediate access, we don’t offer refunds once a playbook has been opened. If you have a specific issue with the content, email us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

The playbooks are designed to be self-paced and self-contained, but if you’d like one-on-one support, that’s exactly what our strategist tier is built for. You can book a growth strategy session to figure out whether a strategist engagement makes sense alongside or after a playbook.

The frameworks apply to any eCommerce platform – the principles of conversion, customer intelligence, and search are platform-agnostic. The technical implementation walkthroughs in the videos use Shopify, since that’s where most of our clients are. If you’re on WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar, you’ll be able to apply everything – the buttons just live in slightly different places.
