THE OFFER

Brand Growth Partnership.

We don't run campaigns.
We build growth systems.

Strategy, Meta, Google, email, SEO, conversion, and Shopify – under one senior strategist directing one specialist team, with every channel built for premium buyer psychology rather than generic platform best practices.

You've worked with agencies before. None of them quite worked.

You hired the ads agency. They optimised the ads. The ads got better. The business didn’t.

You hired the email agency. They built beautiful flows. Open rates went up. The needle moved a little, but not the way it should have.

You hired the SEO agency. They wrote the blog posts. Some keywords ranked. None of it connected to the rest of your marketing.

You’ve worked with three or four specialists across three or four contracts, and each of them genuinely did good work in their lane. But the brand didn’t grow the way it should have, because nobody was thinking about your business as a whole.

There was no integrated direction. No strategic spine. No one connecting Meta to email to SEO to the website to the brand voice and saying “this is the picture we’re building, and here’s how each piece serves it.”

You don't need more channel specialists. You need a marketing partner who runs the whole engine for you.

Working with three agencies isn't three times better than working with one. It's a quarter as effective.

It’s not the agencies’ fault. They’re each doing the job they were hired to do, in the lane they were hired for. But the quiet cost adds up in ways that don’t show up on any single agency’s report:

Three monthly invoices, three sets of meetings, three calendars to manage. And no single person responsible for whether the brand is actually growing. Each agency reports against its own metrics. Nobody’s reporting against your business.

Channel decisions made in isolation. The ads agency optimises the ads against ROAS. The email agency optimises emails against revenue per send. The SEO agency optimises rankings against search volume. None of them is thinking about your real profit per order, your customer lifetime value, or whether you’re attracting the right customers in the first place.

The brand drifting under the weight of separate creative directions. Your Meta creative looks one way. Your emails sound a different way. Your blog posts have a third voice. The thing that made your brand distinctive softens, because nobody is watching it across the whole picture.

The strategic work falls back on you. Because nobody else is doing it, you end up trying to be the strategic director above three agencies, in addition to running your business. Which is exactly why you wanted to hire them in the first place.

The right partnership isn't four agencies pulling four directions. It's one team, one strategic direction, one growth engine. Built for premium brands, by people who understand that those words mean something.

We only work with premium brands. And our agency is structured around that.

Most marketing agencies serve everyone. Discount brands and premium brands. Service businesses and product businesses. Local trades and global eCommerce. The result is a business model built on volume – cookie-cutter campaigns, junior account managers, and frameworks designed to be applied at scale across radically different brands.

That model doesn’t work for premium eCommerce. Not because the agencies aren’t good at what they do – many are excellent. But because the playbook they’re applying was built for the bottom of the market, and your customer doesn’t live there.

Premium-brand specialism. By choice, not by accident.

We work exclusively with premium eCommerce brands. The brands whose buyers respond to identity, values, and a felt sense of being understood. The brands that won’t compete on discount – and shouldn’t have to.

That focus is the foundation everything else is built on. It means our strategists know what works and, more importantly, what actively repels your customer. It means our specialists are pattern-matched to premium-brand creative, premium-brand messaging, premium-brand customer behaviour. We’re not learning your category on your budget – we’ve been working in it for a decade.

ecommerce marketing strategist on your team

A senior strategist directing senior specialists.

The other thing that’s structurally different about how we work: we put a senior marketing strategist above the channel specialists. Not an account manager, who’s there to coordinate communication. A strategist – the same calibre of strategist who runs our standalone strategy retainers – whose job is to think about your business as a whole and direct every channel toward the same growth picture.

Your strategist owns the strategy. She runs the audit, builds the 90-day roadmap, sets the KPIs, and connects what’s happening on Meta to what’s happening in email to what’s happening in SEO. The specialists below her aren’t operating independently – they’re executing against an integrated brief, with a single person making sure every dollar and every decision is pulling in the same direction.

That’s the model. It’s how a premium brand is supposed to be marketed. And as far as we can tell, it’s not how almost any other agency is structured.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING

The full marketing engine. Built for your brand.

Brand Growth Partnership is a fully managed marketing engagement, custom-scoped to your brand.

Every engagement is shaped around what your business actually needs – which channels are loaded with growth, which need rebuilding, which can wait.

No off-the-shelf packages. No tier you have to fit yourself into.

What every Brand Growth Partnership includes:

A senior strategist directing the engagement.

Your strategist owns the thinking, runs the audit, builds the roadmap, manages the KPIs, and stays embedded in your business month after month. They’re not an account manager. They’re the marketing brain.

Senior specialists across every channel that matters.

Meta. Google. Email. SEO. Conversion rate optimisation. Shopify build and design. The same people who’ve built our frameworks – not juniors learning on your budget.

Integrated execution.

Channels actually talk to each other. The Meta ads reflect the messaging in the email flows. The blog posts feed the SEO strategy that supports the paid search campaigns. The product page optimisations are informed by the customer intelligence the strategist has surfaced. Nothing happens in isolation.

Commercial planning, not just creative thinking.

Sales forecasting, channel budget allocation, dashboard setup, KPI tracking. The numbers get worked as hard as the messaging.

A real rhythm of strategic engagement.

Regular strategy sessions with your strategist. Weekly contact with the team. Monthly reporting with insight, not just data. Quarterly brand-voice and strategic reviews.

One team, one direction, one growth engine.

No coordinating between agencies. No managing your own marketing strategy. No drift.

Who this is for.

Brand Growth Partnership is for premium eCommerce brands ready to invest in fully-managed strategic marketing leadership. You’re in the right place if:

✓ You’re running a premium eCommerce brand with proven product-market fit, doing $50K+ per month, and you know there’s significantly more growth available than you’re currently capturing.

✓ You’re done managing multiple agencies, freelancers, or VAs and you want one strategic partner running the whole engine.

✓ You refuse to compete on discounts. You want to scale on brand strength, not on price.

✓ You want a senior strategist directing your marketing, not an account manager coordinating between people.

✓ You’re ready to invest at the level genuine strategic agency partnership requires – and you understand that this is the highest-leverage investment in your business.

Who this isn't for.

Brands still finding product-market fit. You need clarity on your customer and your offer before fully-managed agency partnership makes sense. Our Growth Playbooks are the better starting point.

Brands not ready for the investment. Brand Growth Partnership is a meaningful financial commitment. If you’re not at the revenue or growth stage where that investment makes commercial sense, our Hire a Strategist tier gives you strategic leadership without the full execution layer.

Founders who want to keep running the marketing themselves. This is for brands ready to hand over the marketing function to a strategic partner. If you want to stay involved in execution decisions, the strategist tier is the better fit.

Brands that compete on price. We’ve built our entire model around premium brands. If your business depends on volume, discounting, or price-leadership, we’re not the right partner for you – and we’d rather tell you that upfront.

This is a relationship, not a contract.

Most of our agency clients didn't start with us at the agency tier. They grew up the relationship.

A founder usually finds us in one of three ways:

Through a Growth Playbook

The brand founder who buys a $47 playbook because they have a specific problem to solve – a product page that isn’t converting, discovery that’s flatlined, customer intelligence they’ve been guessing at. They implement the playbook. See a result. Realise there’s more strategic work available than another playbook can fix.

Through a strategist engagement

The brand founder who hires a strategist to direct their existing team or freelancers. The strategy starts working. The brand grows. Eventually they reach the point where managing the team is taking time they’d rather spend elsewhere – and they’re ready to hand the execution to a specialist team that already knows their brand.

Direct to agency

Some founders arrive ready for full agency partnership from day one. Usually they’ve worked with two or three other agencies, none of which quite worked, and they’ve recognised that what they actually need is integrated strategic leadership rather than another channel specialist.

You don't have to start at the bottom of the ladder. But the structure is there if you want it. And no matter where you enter, you're working with the same team, the same strategist, the same context. Nothing rebuilds from scratch as the relationship grows.

How a Brand Growth Partnership begins.

01 · growth strategy session

A genuine strategy session – not a sales pitch. We’ll look at where your brand is now, where you want it to be, where the real growth is, and whether agency partnership is the right move at this stage. If it’s not, we’ll tell you. If it is, we’ll talk about scope and shape.

02 · Custom Solution

Every Brand Growth Partnership is scoped to your brand. We’ll walk you through a tailored proposal – which channels we’d prioritise, what the team behind your strategist looks like, what the rhythm of the partnership would be, and what the investment looks like for the work involved. No pre-built packages. No tier you have to squeeze into.

03 · Deep Dive Audit

If we decide to work together, the partnership begins with a comprehensive audit of your brand, your customer, your platforms, and your performance across every channel. This is your strategist’s foundation – it’s what every decision over the next twelve months is built on.

04 · Strategy & 90-day roadmap

Your strategist builds your custom growth strategy and the first 90-day roadmap. This becomes your marketing compass – the plan the team executes against, the document we review against every month, the picture every channel decision serves.

05 · Ongoing partnership

Strategy sessions. Campaign planning. Weekly execution across every channel. Monthly reporting with real insight. Quarterly strategic reviews. Performance dashboards your team and ours look at together. The partnership stays embedded in your business, adjusting as you grow.

Premium brands we've helped grow.

Book a brand growth strategy session

Ready to hand the marketing engine to a partner who's actually built for your kind of brand?

Book a growth strategy session. We’ll look at where your brand is now, where you want it to be, and whether Brand Growth Partnership is the right move at this stage – or whether something else would serve you better right now.

No obligation. No hard sell. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you.

P.S. Not sure whether agency partnership or strategist engagement is the right fit? Don’t worry – that’s exactly what the strategy session is for. We’ll figure out the right shape together, based on where your business is and where you want it to go.

Questions premium brand founders ask.

How is this different from hiring a strategist?

The Hire a Strategist tier gives you a strategist directing your team, your freelancers, or your existing agencies. Brand Growth Partnership adds the execution layer – our specialists running every channel under your strategist’s direction. If you have implementation capacity already, the strategist tier is right. If you want one team owning the whole engine, this is right.

Two main differences. First, we work exclusively with premium eCommerce brands – which means our specialists are pattern-matched to premium creative, premium messaging, and premium customer behaviour. Second, we put a senior strategist above the channel specialists. Most agencies put an account manager there. The strategist owns the integrated thinking that connects every channel to the same growth picture.

Because every Brand Growth Partnership is scoped to the brand it’s built for. We don’t run pre-built packages – the right team, the right channel mix, and the right rhythm depend entirely on what your business actually needs. Publishing a fixed price would either over-promise on what’s included for one brand, or under-deliver for another. Tailored partnerships need tailored proposals, and tailored proposals come out of a real conversation.

Brand Growth Partnership is a meaningful investment, in the range of what serious eCommerce brands invest in fully-managed marketing leadership. We’ll walk you through the specific investment for your scope in the strategy session, after we’ve understood where your business is and what the right partnership looks like.

The Brand Growth Partnership is built around an initial six-month commitment, then continues month-to-month for as long as the partnership serves your growth. We ask for the initial commitment because building the strategy, executing across multiple channels, and starting to see real compounding takes time. After six months, you stay because it’s working.

Most of our clients are Australian and New Zealand premium eCommerce brands, but we work with brands across the globe too. The model is platform- and market-agnostic – the same integrated approach applies whether you’re scaling in Sydney, Alaska, or anywhere else with premium eCommerce demand.

Generally no – Brand Growth Partnership is a fully managed engagement. Part of what makes the model work is integrated strategic direction across the whole engine, which doesn’t function well when external agencies are running individual channels under different strategy. If you want strategic leadership over your existing team, the Hire a Strategist tier is the right fit.

We have an initial six-month commitment so we can build, execute, and measure properly – the work doesn’t compound on a shorter timeline. But if the partnership genuinely isn’t serving your business, we’ll have an honest conversation about it. We’d rather part ways well than collect a retainer that isn’t working.
