Today’s episode is all about setting your intention for your business in 2022 and creating an action plan to achieve it.

I hear you ask “But Catherine, how can one even plan for another year in the pandemic?”. I hear ya!

But if we don’t go into 2022 with a vision for our business we’ll be starting the year off floundering and spending the next 12 months reacting to events based on overwhelm and fear. And that just sounds like a recipe for burnout and failure.

Instead, I want you to create a vision with a plan that aligns with your values and dream for your life so that when events occur (and we know they will – we just don’t know what or when!) you can pivot and respond in a way that is true to your values and your goal.

Adjusting the method of how to get to your goal is so much easier than having to start over each and every week as you react to external events.

But first – we need to figure out what you want your goal for 2022 to be!
